Transportation:  Students will need to arrange rides with their parents.  

If you prefer to "caravan" to the event, meet at the school by 7:15am.  We will leave by 7:30am to be at the venue by 8am.

Time:
Arrive at the location no later than 8am.
Event is over by approximately 3:30pm

Parents are responsible for students lunch.   We have some parents who are willing to go to a local fast food place and bring back food for students. They will need some money.
